SCARCE Receives IAFSM Public Education Award

SCARCE was honored to receive the Public Education Award from the Illinois Associaton for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (IAFSM) in March 2009. The SCARCE team is appreciative of every opportunity to educate the public regarding the importance of water conservation and stormwater management.
